Friction Folder - San Mai
Higo Friction Folder
I couldn’t do a run of fricks! Without at least one higonokami style blade to round out the bunch!
This one is something special!
I entered into knife making from cooking but my background in woodworking and even high school auto/metal shop has helped tremendously. None of those experiences involve finicky fine inlay work 😆 So the challenges here were myriad, between nailing the tolerances and tuning for a fine folder experience with rare materials, I think the inlay went wonderfully as well. I am pleased with the whole package and will be sad to see this one go! But It is available so dm if you’re interested.
.
